My background includes education in Communication, English (writing), and Catholic Studies as well as years in the public relations, marketing, and communication professional world.

I’m passionate about helping small businesses grow and be seen. As a fellow business owner, I understand that while you know your craft inside and out, some parts of marketing and branding can be time-consuming or outside your comfort zone. Personally, I guess you can say that I like "granny" activities such as crafting, cooking, thrifting, and listening to my tunes. A themed party gets me excited like no other and I eat popcorn all too regularly.

The past two years, I've lived abroad in Passau, Germany. Now, I say "auf wiedersehen" as I've moved back to my homeland, Minnesota. I have the honor of being married to my wonderful husband, Ross. Together, we share a vast collection of books and travel memories and jam-pack our time with friends and family.

Before moving abroad, I worked in Communication and Marketing for some years and helped my company redo their aging (and not like fine wine) website to be a beautifully navigable place to be!
